Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
- Return or exchange is only eligible if the product is defective.

- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. The brand tag and plastic seal must be intact.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please submit an unboxing video through our Return & Exchange Portal within 24 hours of delivery.
- Processing Time: Allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return request. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any request.

- Provide Details: Please provide a detailed reason for the return and include an image as proof on the return portal.
- International Orders: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

In case of damaged or tampered packaging:
- The customer is required to reject the delivery. This is the only acceptable response we expect from the customer in such a case.
- If the delivery has still been accepted, we would require an unpacking video for the order or images of the packaging before and after unpacking it within 24-48 hours of delivery.
In case of cuts or holes in apparel products:
- Confirmation on the packaging being intact with a video/images of the intact packaging within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a discount code.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₹10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
